Sunday

Morning: Welcome and lunch at the Inn.
Afternoon: Hiking or rally discovery of the valley.
Evening: Presentation of the stay followed by a welcome aperitif.

Monday

Morning: Yoga session about 2 hours.
Afternoon: Hiking in the Alpine pastures.
Evening: Relaxation session and meditation of about 1 hour.

Tuesday

Morning: Yoga session about 2 hours.
Afternoon: Hiking in the Forest.

Wednesday

Morning: Free morning. Possibility to participate in a fun session or to visit the market in Reblochon du Grand Bornand.
Afternoon: Sunset and grill at "Le lac de la Cour" - 1781 m
In the afternoon, you will leave the Inn to go to "Le lac de la Cour" . This hike will take you through the alpine meadows of "La Duche and "le" Maroly to end a barbecue evening in the sunset lying by the lake.
4 hours of walking, uneven + 600 / - 200m

Thursday

Morning: Yoga session about 2 hours.
Afternoon: Free afternoon. Think of using the 15 units of your "Leisure Pass Aravis" to try all the activities you want: swimming pool, archery, gondolas ...

Friday

Morning: Yoga session about 2 hours.
Afternoon: Panoramic hike.
Evening: Relaxation session and meditation of about 1 hour.

Saturday

Morning: Free morning, end of the stay after lunch.
